State Law:
-
You must be 18+ to get tattooed in the state of Oklahoma! No exceptions! Parents cannot sign consent.
-
You may consult with me and even make appointments prior to being 18, but you cannot get tattooed until you are 18.
-
-
A valid (not expired), government issued photo I.D. is required at the time of your appointment.
-
Driver's license, passport, and military I.D.
-
-
I only tattoo out of licensed tattoo shops. I do not make "house calls" nor am I "home based." It is illegal to tattoo out of houses in Oklahoma.
Pricing
My minimum is $100.

Starting July 1, 2025 I will be charging $180 an hour. Any existing appointments or projects in progress will not be affected and will continue to be at my former hourly rate of $150 an hour.

I am $200 an hour for coverups due to the extra prep work they require.
I am hourly. I do NOT price by the piece.
I can give you a quote on the amount of time I THINK a piece will take. However, the actual price is determined by how long the piece did take.

I only charge for tattooing time.

I do not have a drawing fee. That is included in the price.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion on your tattoo session. You pay at the end of EACH session if we are working on a piece that requires multiple sessions. I do not accept advance payments besides your deposit. I am not your bank. It is also a good way for someone to take all of your money and run when pre-paying in full for a service.

I am CASH ONLY (with the exception of deposits!

Drawings:
I draw to appointment only. No deposit means no appointment. No appointment means no drawing.

I draw 1-2 days before your appointment. I draw in order of my appointments.

I DO NOT SEND OUT DRAWINGS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. I allow plenty of time at your appointment for possible changes.
Deposits:
I require a deposit of $50-200 (depending on size of tattoo) to book an appointment. No deposit, no appointment. Single session tattoos are typically a $50 deposit.

Deposits are NOT an additional fee. They come off the price of your tattoo upon completion.

Deposits are NOT refundable.

You lose your deposit if:
-
you fail to give me a 48 hours notice of a reschedule
-
cancel your appointment without a reschedule
-
change your design completely within two weeks of your appointment
-
reschedule more than once
-
you are more than 15 minutes late to your tattoo appointment

Masking policies:
I have had both of my lungs transplanted, which means I take high doses of immune suppressing medication the rest of my life. I am very susceptible to even a common cold; insignificant viruses like RSV have hospitalized me. I can't tattoo you all if I'm dead! Please help me take care of my decrepit body.

DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN HIGHLY EXPOSED TO SOMONE WHO IS SICK (i.e. a household contact).

I prefer masks to be worn during your appointment during flu season (mid November through mid February).
Touch-ups
Please allow your tattoo to heal for 1 month before requesting a touch up. Often times thing just need to settle in.

I do free touch ups on my own work if you contact me within the first 3 months. I will happily schedule you a touchup session at my soonest opening. It becomes harder and harder as time passes to match aged ink. This is why it is imperative we touch it up as soon as we can.

I do NOT do free touchups on finger tattoos. I will happily hit it up for practically free at another appointment of yours. However, if you wish to schedule only a touch up on a finger tattoo, it will be my minimum of $100.

I do NOT do free touchups on work that healed poorly due to your neglect during healing. I can tell when you picked at scabs or soaked it in water.

I do NOT do free touchups on someone else's work. I will happily touchup another tattoo that isn't mine, but it falls under my hourly pricing.
Hand, finger, face and neck tattoos:
Unfortunately, visible tattoos can still be job stoppers. I respect your potential more than your money.

I take these tattoos on a case by case basis. I may ask questions like "what is your profession" before tattooing these areas.
